To slow down the aging process one’s diet should be rich in fruits and  vegetables, lean protein, omega 3 rich fish, whole grains, red wine, nuts and  dark chocolate.

The following have been cited as dietary tips to boost ones memory:

  • Incorporate vegetables into ones diet.
  • Add the berries and cherries.
  • Introduce omega 3 fatty acids into the diet.
  • Introduce nuts.
