‘ I need you to cheer me on to complete the entrepreneurship race’: Focus on stakeholders to a business.

I am running the entrepreneurship race, I need you to cheer me on to finish the race.
I will keep my end of the bargain dear employee and create an enabling environment for you to achieve your dreams too. I will ensure that you clearly understand my expectations from you and I  will ensure that you understand all systems and processes. I will create an enabling work environment be it in physical, emotional or social terms. I will view each of you as individuals with hopes, dreams and aspirations and not just as statistics in the payroll.
To the shareholder, I promise open communication, to deliver the annual reports on time. I will give you a good return on  your investment and hedge it against risk. I will ensure that this great business will be adequately managed and will adhere to all policies that are set.
My dear customer,‘is it you I see waving at me from the bystands?’ I pledge to offer you personalized service, greater choice and options. I promise to maintain contact and to respond very quickly to all of your concerns. I will ensure that my salesforce and customer service employees will be empowered to answer your every query and meet you at your point of need.
To my suppliers, I pledge to maximize on the sales, because I need you too to cheer me on.
To my distributors, your voice is not lost in the noise and cacophony of my other supporters. I will try as much as possible to offer you fair pricing of my products and samples to whet your  customers’ appetite. I will constantly improve on the services and products that I offer you. I will hold your hand all the way and together we will finish the race.
To the government, regulatory bodies, professional associations , workers unions and the society at large. I promise to run my business in an ethical manner, abiding by all rules and regulations.
For I see you all my business’ stakeholders  at  the bystands, I need you to cheer me to complete the ENREPRENEURSHIP race.
To all the participants in tomorrow’s Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon 2015, I wish you all the best. You will be my greatest cheer leaders and support  system  to help  me complete the race.
A lovely weekend to all.
