As yet another year comes to a close, it is a time for self reflection and really in depth look at ones life, no holds barred. Where did one excel? Whey did one fail? Bearing in mind that someone once said that failure is not the opposite of success but part of success.

What was the take home from the year? and what can one hope to do better come next year? And that is where the wellness and inspirational “Wacha niKwambie” blog is docked these last two weeks of 2017.

It calls for one to take a critical look at the following aspects of ones life and do a self or family appraisal.

1.Health & Fitness

2.Career & Work

4.Social Life

5.Personal Development

7.Quality of Life

9.Contribution that is legacy

This discussion to be continued over the weekend. An awesome Friday and lovely weekend ahead to all and sundry!
