I want my child to succeed in school

Keep focused on the goal and the joy and the benefits that you will derive from attaining your set goals.

Listen to motivational talks, inspirational songs and watch movies that keep your eyes on the prize.

To date my favorite movie of all time is Will Smith’s The Pursuit of Happyness, which I have watched so many times to an extent that I have stopped counting. It’s storyline of resilience and fortitude and the joy thereafter is one that has kept me agoing several times.

Keep a journal or notebook where you keep track of what you have done or wish to do. Take time out to review progress made.

Have an accountability partner who keeps you in check.

Try and emulate people who have achieved the goals you wish to and keep the company of people who motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals.

Last but not least if you are a person of faith, always put God first in your life.

With those few remarks on behalf of “Wacha niKwambie” blog,I need to thank you all the readers for taking the time to read articles in this blog, also I take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday season and best wishes for 2018 and all the best in achieving your goals in 2018.

See you all again next year, if the good Lord wishes.
