  2. My immense faith in God. Jehovah, I am nothing without You.
  3. My angel parents. Mummy and Daddy watch over me. Every. Single. Day.
  4. My son, The Champ, mhandsome kajunior.
  5. My sister; Dr. Nyanchama.
  6. My brother Joash’s life. I carry you in my heart. Every. Single. Day.
  7. The nieces; A and Z girls.
  8. Auntie Yucabeth and Uncle James.
  9. The extended family. Mwa’Ombega na Mwa’Agwata, Lissie loves you!
  10. The family that I can choose for myself; my friends.
  11. The wahandsomes that remind me that I still gorrit specifically mhandsome senior. His sons.
  12. The church that I attend – International Christian Centre, Nairobi.
  13. My home church – CITAM, Valley Road.
  14. My cherished employer and my colleagues…..the day gig that is. I will give you the best service that I can.

  16. The lovely all year weather that we experience in my country of origin Kenya.
  17. The internet.
  18. A good book.
  19. The Bible. God’s timeless and written word.
  20. A lovely sunset.

  22. My favorite drink – Amarula until the end of time. Amarula on ice cream heavenly. Try it.
  23. A good meal. Chicken kienyeji , chapati and managu or chinsaga – so nyummy.
  24. My hairdresser (when I have hair). My barber (when I cut the hair)…closely related True Cosmetics specifically Koinange street for the awesome customer service.
  25. Skin serum. I am now After 40. All the more needed here.
  26. My son’s school.
  27. My son’s class teacher – Mrs. Mugo this one is for you.
  28. A good hug.
  29. Better still a good cuddle, a sweet kiss and what comes after.
  30. Selina and Fashion TV. Hopeless addict here.
  31. My sense of humour and childlike wonder at 43. Even I wonder!
  32. Our nanny; Lucille.
  33. A good wig or even a good hat.
  34. A place to call home and rest; where my heart is, my feeling after the rough out there.
  35. A good staycation destination during these times of covid-19.
  36. Ogembo Express, my ride or die for the last 1000 years.
  37. The peace in my country.
  38. A nice watch, a really nice watch.
  39. Sweet memories from yester year.
  40. The memories that I am making every day.
  41. 30 years of being a woman, if you know, you know. One last baby, you never know.
  42. The doctors, the medics and the hospitals, especially during this perilous pandemic times.
  43. A beautiful mind that sees life in different colours, a creative mind, a resilient mind.

Kwambie Nyambane is a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in a leading bank in Kenya 'by day', a passionate inspirational blogger 'by night'; and a wellness enthusiast championing healthy lifestyle choices. The founder and lead writer of this blog is a Bsc. Food Science and Post -Harvest Technology graduate of the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya, holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi.
